of Practice and Code of Ethics exceed those required by the State of Illinois.
For our client's protection, American Eagle Home Inspections, LLC carries Errors
and Omissions Insurance (professional liability) and General Liability Insurance.

Other “EXTRAS” included with every purchase inspection are 1) a 90-Day limited warranty
that provides up to $500 coverage for major appliances and up to $2000 for structural
issues, 2) RecallChek® which checks all major appliances against the Consumer Product
Safety Commission (CPSC) for existing recall and sends a report to the client within
a day or two and 3) we provide all clients with a 128-page “Home Systems Guide” on
how to operate their new home. (For Spanish-speaking clients, we provide a similar,
160-page bi-lingual book entitled “Mi Casa”.)
All reports and other documents are computer-generated using 3D Inspection software,
which can include photographs, detailed drawings and/or attention-catching colored
icons to make the report as thorough as possible.
